FMR Residencies at Salzamt

After the first two FM[Ai]R-23 residencies, TinTin Patrone and Swaeny Nina Kersaan, the next ones are now on site in Linz. With “Archipeligo,” Canadian artist Justin Tyler Tate transforms PET bottles into plastic filaments by cutting and heating them, which are then used as nodes to build an archipelago-like installation with the help of a 3D printer. In “Virtual Listening”, the Dutch-Australian artist duo Anne Fehres & Luke Conroy go on search of the sound of the Internet together with blindfolded visitors who are driven around the festival area in a special vehicle.
